Des projets CIP ICT PSP en cours de montage sur l’e-santé recherchent des partenaires !

Dans le cadre de l’appel en cours du programme européen CIP ICT PSP, programme qui vise à la mise en place d’applications pilotes dans de nombreux domaines, quelques offres émanant de partenaires européens souhaitant participer à des projets sont d’ores-et-déjà disponibles.

Projet n°1 : UEKAE sur la cyber sécurité et les soins en ligne (partenaire turc)

L’institut national de recherche en électronique et cryptologie (UEKAE) est un organisme turc de recherche gérant un nombre important de projets d’intérêt public et militaire en Turquie. La division de l’UEKAE concerné ici s’intéresse au domaine de la sécurité des réseaux et de l’information. 55 chercheurs en ingénierie informatique et électronique travaillent dans cette division.

La plupart de leurs projets de recherche et innovation portent sur les sujets suivants :
•       Data Loss Prevention
•       Malware analysis and botnet detection
•       Cyber Security
•       Threat Monitoring System
•       Data security and privacy
•       Critical infrastructure security
•       Web application and services security
•       Cloud computing security
•       Virtualization security
•       Smartcard security
•       Software security
•       Designing and implementing secure network and system infrastructure for government agencies
•       Performing the security assessments and penetration tests,
•       White box and black box security testing for devices
•       Conducting common criteria test for IT products,

L’UEKAE est expérimenté en matière de projets européens (FET, PCRD) et a développé un pare-feu utilisé dans plus de 250 lieux différents.

Projet n°2 : Gruppo SIGLA  sur le thème TIC pour bien vieillir et inclusion (partenaire italien)

La PME italienne “Gruppo SIGLA” dispose d’un laboratoire spécialisé dans le « bien vieillir » qui utilise des solutions TIC pour soutenir et améliorer les conditions de vie des personnes âgées.

La PME a plusieurs domaines d’intérêt :
•  Surveiller le bien-être et la santé des personnes âgées via les smart phones et le port de capteurs sensoriels  (produit existant)
• Utiliser les serious games à destination des donneurs de soins et/ou la stimulation mentale des personnes âgées (pas de produit mais utilisateurs)

La PME s’intéresse à deux aspects du CIP ICT PSP :
• tester les produits de la PME sur le bien-être.
• tester les produits des partenaires dans la région Ligurie (IT) : la région Ligurie dispose du taux de concentration de personnes âgées le plus élevé en Europe.

La PME souhaite être partenaire d’un projet CIP mais pas coordinateur. Aucun consortium n’a été défini pour le moment.

Projet n°3: The Turkish Education and Solidarity Foundation for Disabled Persons (OZEV)

OZEV was established by the families of disabled persons on 19th of June 1994 in Turkey.
Its main responsibility areas are to provide education, health, social rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities and their families.

OZEV aims at finding solutions to basic problems of persons with disabilities by providing education, creating a social environment and ensuring their adaptation to social life.
• OZEV ensures a public sphere for disabled persons on its web site.
• OZEV provides regular training programs for its educational specialists so as to reach high standards in terms of education of disabled children
• OZEV provides a support group for the parents with disabled children in order to ease their difficulties encountered in their daily lives

Experienced in EU projects, OZEV is looking for a consortium to be taken part.

Projet n°4 : Polibienestar Research Institute (université de Valence en Espagne)

Polibienestar Research Institute, an interdisciplinary group specialized in research, innovation, social technology, technical assistance and training in the field of social policies.
Polibienestar is specialized in research, development and innovation, validation of technologies for the elder and the disabled people, management of social policies, health and social care and assessment in issues regarding: active ageing and independent living, disability and dependence.

As a partner we can offer assessment on:
• Definition of needs and requirements regarding the use of social and health care technological services and products by elderly and dependent people and their caregivers;
• technology usability and validation of user’s acceptance;
• assessment of the impact of technology on quality of life of end-users;
• analysis cost-benefit of technologies;
• business model development;
• service concepts development;
• marketing plans, and,
• design and implementation of formal and informal training for elderly, disabled, caregivers and social and health practitioners.

POLIBIENESTAR participates in several European projects regarding disability and ageing, participates and coordinates some national projects funded by the Spanish and regional governments.

Projet n°5: INTERNATIONAL AID NETWORK – IAN (partenaire serbe)

IAN is a local NGO active in the field of empowerment of disadvantaged groups in Serbia. IAN has four programme units: Health Department, Education Department, Research Department and Human Rights Department.Education Department  IAN Telecentar

IAN started to work in 2001 and for the past ten years has been engaged in bringing of the lifelong learning concept, with the focus on increasing IT literacy, closer to the population in Serbia, especially to marginalized groups (the unemployed, elderly, women, people with disabilities, refugees, Roma, victims of torture, youth).
It aims at developing beneficiaries` competencies required for active participation in the knowledge economy, for finding a new/better job, adjustment to the needs of labour market and better quality of life.

IAN is eager to join a EU project partnership under ICT PSP 2012 under
ICT for health, ageing well and inclusion.
