Study Mission “TV Revolution” in Asia this May

The 2010 decade will be marked by the revolution of the predominant media of the last 50 years, the television. New screens (OLED, 3D), new systems (home servers), new broadcasting networks (Fiber optics), new services (interactivity, visio-conference, etc.), new ways of accessing programs (Replay TV), new sources of advertising revenues (highly segmented commercials, by region etc), are reinventing the media.

Because this reinvention of television is largely being carried out in Asia – where tomorrow’s television makers and designers are present – Jap’Presse / InnovAsia Research, consulting agency specialized in Asia-Pacific ICTs, is organizing a study mission to Japan on the theme of television’s future, on the occasion of the of the public channel NHK’s R&D center’s open house week, Monday May 24 to Friday May 28.

Date: Departure from Paris Sunday May 23 at the end of the day, arrival in Tokyo afternoon of Monday 24. Return Saturday, May 29.
